one_archive is available anywhere you have a web browser. The advanced search filter makes it easy to search and recover deleted emails based on key fields such as Received, Sent, Date, and Subject titles.

one_storage creates a secure online account for you to upload any file type including documents, photos or videos. With just a standard web browser, files can be uploaded and easily shared with colleagues, vendors, partners and clients.

The one_storage service is completely integrated with your email account. A simple web interface allows you to upload files from your local computer, or even directly store file attachments from your email. Document organization is quick and easy and greatly simplifies locating, attaching and sending files via email.

Any files uploaded to one_storage can easily be shared with others through “link sharing”. It’s frustrating dealing with cumbersome email attachments and worrying if your files are too large to send via email. With one_storage, you simply send a download link to a recipient and they’ll be able to download the file from any standard web browser. You’ll even receive an email receipt when the file is confirmed received.

Secure online storage and access.
All files uploaded to one_storage are scanned for viruses. Access is secure and is further enhanced when SSL enabled by the administrator. Online storage has never been easier and now it can be done from a single solution.

Bigriver will be providing all of our email users with 25 megabytes(MB) file storage and 7 days archiving at no additional cost to the customer.
